i thought i was so happy to finish my practical days back then, but when the time is coming...i feel kind a sad..wuhuu.. hari ini my supervisor cik izzah ask me nk watpe time tengahari ni..mstilah nk break kn..so die ajak lunch dengan die..im nervous...haha x psl.

so pukul 1 lebih, cik izzah,en AJ, and miss priya pegi alamanda untuk lunch kt noodle station..as usual teh tarik hazelnut le yg aku order..huuu cik izzah blanje kitorg..thanx a lot!! die ckp even aku nk abes lg dua hr..tp die ajak g hari ni sebab esok en AJ dh nk blik sarawak celebrate christmas..

ok..at that time the situation is really2 awkward...bg aku je kot..segan melebih2..huhuuhu nk sgt jd talkative tp..rase segan tu membuak2..so aku jd minah sengih je lah dgr diorg gurau2..kalo aku x segan rasenye dh lame aku huha huha skalie..mmm rase nk amik gambar ngn diorg tp segan sgt xjd la amik..pemalu la konon nye..ne kalo girls gegajah tau yg aku ckp diri aku ne pemalu msti diorg rase nk vomit..hahaha pemalu ke aku ni?teeeetttt...

bole bilang bp kali aku shopping kasut,,,plg nyampah nk shopping kasut sbb xde size..of course la size kaki ne 10 kan..kalo ade yg brkenan tu telan liur je lah..kdg2 tringin sgt tgk member2 pkai kasut yg comel2 high heels tu tp nk pkai  heels tu jgn hrp la kan..mase konvo cnfident bantai pakai heels 2 inchi,,,mmg melambung2 tggi aku ne ha..smpai mase aku trima skrol ats stage, aku dgr sore photographer kt bwh tu ckp "mak aii tggi nye!" smpat lg tu! tp kasut2 yg cun2 ne kalo ade size pun akn jd cpt jahanam kalo dpt kt aku..lasak! lg pun kasut cntik2 ne wat kaki aku melecet so, aku sgt suke kst getah atau pun kasut buaya tu..haha tahan lama tu..mmg sesuai utk kegunaan kaki gajah cm aku ne,,,keke okeh done with kasut.


2) setiap kali aku jalan mane2 kan..ade je sore2 sumbang mane ntah yg slalu ckp dialog ne"bpk tinggi!" dan "weh tggi dowh" atau "uishh tggi nye"...ckp blakang2 xpe beb..ne ckp dpn muka..bengang gak la kan..jeles la tu aku lg tggi dr die,,,keke ble pk2 blik agak nye intan pun mesti rasa cmne kan?(intan tu adalh member skola aku dan die lg tggi dr aku! tp die atlet netball..no wonder lah!) ade lg sorg..fifa a.k.a cik pah..pun tggi gak tp rndah ckit dr aku..mmm bile org ckp2 mcm tu aku jd malu sgt..seolah2 mcm manusia ganjil ...huh pape je lah aku ne kan? jgn lyn..


3) hmmm ble dh jd manusia tggi ne kan...sume org igt aku ne kuat main sukan..terutama nye netball ke basketball ke,lumba lari ke..sebenarnye aku xde bakat lgsg!!nk ulang lg skali ye LANGSUNG XDE BAKAT SUKAN!...kdg2 letih nk convince org yg aku ni x reti nk main netball..mase skola utk wakil netball competition..berpusu2 org pg utk pemilihan..aku mmg xpegi la..atenye kaki bangku...tup2 name aku naik..padahal aku xpg pun..cikgu suh aku try gak..byk kali aku ckp..aku x reti main,,huhu amik skalie tgk aku main hah terus ckp" mmm xpelah anis awk xpyh la msk..naty awk tarining lagi ye smpai pndai main.."hah! kan dah kate! tp malu sbnarnye..tggi dh ade tp x leh main intan slalu ajk aku join netball tp bkn xnk tp aku takut( takut bola sbnarnye!) +lari pun trkedek2  cmno la nk main..huuuuuu T_T sbb mase skola rendah penah main netball pastu bola bedebushh kena kt muka aku..gigi dpn rabbit aku ne hmpir2 pth..goyg2 je..huu pastu ngeri ckit nk main..penah la main netball tp buat org sakit ati je tgk mcm org main xde tulang..lembik jer..lg 1 bile tgh competition aku jd neves sgt2 smpai lupa rules2 nye..jd gong la kt tgh court tuh..huuu tp dulu mase skola aku join kayak+taekwondo....aku serasi ngn dua2 sukan tu even taekwondo tu aku main2 je..tp aku happy ngn sukan yg cmtue sbb xde melibat kn bola lalalala


3) selain susah nk pilih saiz kasut n kaki bangku,, norfarhanis ne jg mempunayi antibody yg agk lemah la jgk kn..slalu sakit! dikurniakan penyakit asthma dr umo mmmmmm 6 bln,,pelbagai usaha mak aku dh wat nk bg ilang asma aku ne ha antaranye bg mkn hati unta, sup burung merpati, kunyah bawang putih, minum madu,ikan haruan,,mmm cume belut je x..geli kate mak aku nk menyiangnye..keke kalo ade pun xnk la mkn..imagine ye sup belut...huuu kembang tekak aku..kalo belut goreng ke..pggang ke..ok lg..(erkk ok ke?) haha...until now..asma tu still ade la cume dh kurang ckit..xde la smpai bwk ubat sentiase kan..disebabkn  sakit2 ne lah aku xleh:


-minum ais berturut2 selama 2hr..kalo x mula la batuk2..then lead to asthma..
-tido xleh bwh kipas,,kalo bwh kipas msti slow..kalo x slow..selimut kena tbl ltak kt dada..kalo x esk nye mula rase x selesa mcm sesak2 gtu..
-air-cond pun xleh sgt..kalo sejuk sgt,,esk nye aku akn selsema mcm org giler yg nk ilang hidung..pastu kalo selsema tu lama sgt ia akn lead to asthma..
-bilik xleh hbuk..kalo x selsema ngn batuk..hidung ne bole jd pengesan habuk..leh detect hbuk sebesar zarah pun..haha
-mandi malam sgt pun xleh..boleh tp nanti tgk lah 2-3 hr lps tu..mula lah..batuk2..
-air gas lg lah x leh..tp time tgh sehat bedal gak sbb nk bg sendawa...
-ermm bdn sgt berangin( mksdnye sblum mkn dh sendawa 6 kali dulu)

ne adalah muesli..atau pun sejenis oat yg sgt berserat tggi..sesuai utk breakfast..and elok utk jantung dan serap kolestrol..die lg berserat dr quaker oat..ermm sedap tau sbb ade raisins,pumpkin seeds,apricot,dan mcm serbuk2 yg aku tgk mcm mkanan burung je hahaha..mkn ratah cmtu je pun okeh mcm mkn jajan..kira sedapla sbb member2 aku pun suke neh. yg ne brand monster muesli,,ade lg 1 brand yg sedap moon flake name nye..ade kt giant..

ha,,,ne msti sume org suke kan? anlene...dulu mak aku belikan yg kotak tuh..tp tu maintenance agk mhl..so tukar yg bancuh punye tp yg coklat..sdp..yg penting bancuh ngn air sejuk dulu...br ltak air panas..kalo x khasiat susu ne hilang bile letak air panas terus..elok utk ostopheorosis..erkk betol ke aku eja ne? buat2 betol je la ek?keke utk hasil yg max minum 2 kali sehari..tp aku wat time breakfast je..mls nk wat dua kali..


tu je lah..selain tu mak aku suh minum madu, air halia,,(yg tu plg x bleh trima! halia kot..siap beli kordial lg)
sume tu nk jdkn aku lg sehat le kononnye..hehe kdg2 sakit gak..tp aku sendri pun kalo bole nk jgk lah jage..biar tua2 nanti xde msalah..xnk saket2 ne..huuuu aku pun berpada2 jgk jg mkn kalo x nanti aku gak yg tggung sakitnye! kena minum byk air..kalo hr kelas try hbs kn 3 liter air,kalo hr cuti ne..8 gelas cukup lah sbb x byk wat xtvt..8 gelas=1.9 liter air..sedaya upaya cube, kdg2 paksa minum gak..huhu try mkn byk ckit sayur ngn ulam ke..cume satu je..mls nk exercise!! bile exercise kurang, try sedaya upaya reducekan portion nsi tu tp slalu x mnjadi!hahaha


hbs lah sesi kesihatan! haha excited lebih lak promote kan...let's be healthy!


4) sgt suka kucing tp xleh lebih2 nk2 kalo kucing tu bulu tercabut mmg terbersin aku,,,,huuuuu nk bela pun xleh..mak x bg..huuuuuu
